AI is FAKE!

In one of our recent conversations with a prospective client, the question we asked was - where are you at with AI and Business Process Automation?  The response we got was one that I have not heard any other time before.  "AI is FAKE -  None of it's real and it's just a marketing buzzword.  Nothing real comes of it".

We typically hear from people that are from one of two different camps when it comes to AI.  Either they are SUPER excited about the possibilities and want to learn more to get ahead of their competition with this OR they are ones that say they are never going to use AI because they don't want robots in their business.

But... "AI is FAKE" .... that one was a new one and honestly it was a comment that caused us to pause a minute to respond.

Yes, there is a LOT of hype and vendors jumping on the AI bandwagon right now.  Some of them are just using it to generate new interest in their old product that has no true AI functionality at all.  But, there are some incredible gems out there that are leading the way with some awesome opportunities to save you time and money if you know how to recognize them and how to implement them.
