Dazzee Recognized as MSP Titans of the Industry Finalist for AI-Powered Innovation

This past week, Dazzee was honored as a Finalist in the MSP Titans of the Industry Awards in the category of AI-Powered MSP. This marks the second consecutive year Dazzee has been recognized by these awards—and the first year we were able to attend the ceremony in person.

The event was held at the iconic Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, a venue steeped in history and known for hosting the Golden Globe Awards since 1961. While it was our first time visiting Beverly Hills, the setting was secondary to what truly mattered: being recognized alongside some of the most innovative MSPs, MSSPs, and industry leaders in the country.

Adding to the significance of the experience, I had the opportunity to attend the event with my son, Sayer, who is now working alongside me in the business. Sharing a milestone like this—professionally and personally—made the recognition even more meaningful.

Why AI-Powered MSP Recognition Matters

Being nominated in the AI-Powered MSP category is a direct reflection of the focus, discipline, and investment our team has committed to over the past 20 months. Our journey into AI and automation began in April 2024, when it became clear that these technologies would fundamentally change not only how MSPs operate internally, but how they deliver value to clients.

In my 32 years in the technology industry, I have not seen a technology evolve as rapidly—or create as much opportunity—as AI. We recognized early that AI would dramatically accelerate automation, decision-making, and scalability for organizations willing to approach it strategically.

From Tools to Strategy: Building a Dedicated AI & Automation Practice

As our exploration deepened, it became clear that AI and automation could not be treated as side initiatives. The pace of change, the complexity of use cases, and the potential impact demanded a dedicated focus.

That realization led to the creation of Innovative Automations at the end of 2024—a dedicated business unit focused entirely on AI-driven automation, innovation, and applied solutions. This allowed us to:

• Experiment and iterate faster

• Stay ahead of rapidly evolving technologies

• Deliver meaningful, real-world automation outcomes

Creating an AI-Driven Culture, Not Just Implementations

One of the most important outcomes of this journey has been a cultural shift within Dazzee.

AI is not owned by a single team or department. Every team at Dazzee actively evaluates:

• Where manual work exists today

• Which processes can be automated

• How AI can make workflows smarter, faster, and more consistent

These discussions happen weekly at the leadership level and continuously across the organization. AI and automation are not simply technologies we deploy—they are capabilities we continually evolve as the tools, platforms, and possibilities expand.

Extending Innovation to Clients and Beyond

The formation of Innovative Automations has allowed us to bring these capabilities directly to our clients, helping them identify opportunities to:

It has also enabled us to serve organizations outside of Dazzee’s traditional client base and geographic footprint, opening doors to new industries and entirely new business demographics.

The MSP Titans of the Industry Awards were a celebration of what our teams at Dazzee and Innovative Automations have built over the last 20 months. Recognition like this is meaningful because it reflects sustained execution—not experimentation—and the collective effort of an incredible team.

Looking ahead, our hope is that future events will allow even more members of our team to attend, connect with peers, and continue learning alongside other industry leaders.
